Moulton Fire Department Chief Tim Koncaba presented awards to MISD students for their entries in the Guadalupe Firefighters Association Fire Poster Contest. From the elementary school in the kindergarten division, Kylie Koncaba, Saylor Maresh, and Taylen Otto received first through third place, respectively. In the primary division, first place went to Christian Mezik, second place to Tanner Dviadek, and third place to Gavin Cerda. In the intermediate division, Kaidence Mesa took first place, Ayesha Obando took second, and Ryan Koncaba took third place. In the middle school division, Lorenzo Tousek took home first place, Hailey Rothbauer took second, and Amelia Buehring took third place. In the senior division, Grace Mezik, a senior at Moulton High School, took home first place!
Artwork will be sent to the district level, and winners will be forwarded to the state level. Congratulations and good luck to all of the participants! MISD is so proud of you!
