Mrs. Meisetschleager’s 5th and 6th grade ELAR class composed their own haikus as a part of a
poetry unit. Their haikus were submitted to Young American Poetry Digest, which hosts a
nationwide contest each year. Students shown in the picture have been chosen to be published
in the 2024-2025 book. Way to go, 5th and 6th grade!
